Course Outline
You will learn to:
- Consider the importance of quality in the broader context
- Gain an understanding of the impact of quality on the team and organisation's objectives
- Look at ways to communicate the benefits of quality to your team
- Identify core quality measures that apply to your workforce.
Each One-day Qualification will be delivered via one day of face-to-face training. After the training, you will be given a written assessment to complete and return via email within 30 days. The assessment will require you to embed the knowledge gained from the course within your own role. Following successful completion, you will be awarded with a certificate confirming your Level 3 Award in First Line Management accredited by the CMI.
You will have the option to select 3 of our One-day Qualifications (at the same Level) and once all 3 written assessments have been successfully completed, you will achieve Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management accredited by the CMI.
