A+ Certification ONE is the first of two courses, which together are designed to prepare candidates for the following CompTIA exams:
- 220-601 - A+ Essentials
- 220-602 - A+ IT Technician
This course covers the following domains outlined in the A+ syllabus:
- 1.0 - Personal Computer Components
- 2.0 - Laptop and Portable Devices
- 4.0 - Printers and Scanners
- 7.0 - Safety and Environmental Issues
The second course, A+ Certification TWO, covers the remaining domains:
- 3.0 - Operating Systems
- 5.0 - Networks
- 6.0 - Security
- 8.0 - Communication and Professionalism
These two courses are designed to cover all the objectives of exams 220-601 and 220-602.

Audience
Delegates should be generally familiar with using PCs, including keyboard and mouse skills, but are not required to have prior experience in computer maintenance.
