Overview
This course teaches you the fundamentals of communicating.
Understanding what your message is, choosing the medium, deciding on the results you want, choosing the right words and delivering them with impact whether that be in a presentation, meeting, report, email or phone conversation
Companies need people who can grasp a situation and communicate their thoughts quickly and effectively to others. They want people who create consensus and clarity not conflict and confusion.
Confident and capable communicators will share knowledge and create clarity in whatever forum they operate in. This will increase the speed and quality of work.
Customers will also benefit from improved communication skills as this will create a more 'human' response to enquiries. The majority of customer complaints are caused by and/or exacerbated by poor interpersonal skills rather than lack of technical skill.
This training may be available onsite; please contact us if you are interested.
