Below are some common questions and answers about booking your training at Aquinas Training. If your question is not answered below, please contact us.

What quality of training should I expect?

Our standards are tough, and we deal only with the best in the industry. Our vendors are industry accredited so you can be sure to be getting the best training available. We regularly review the performance of our Suppliers and carry out Course Evaluations to ensure that set quality standards are adhered to.

What payment methods do you accept

Payment for a training course must be received prior to the event. Payment can be made through Electronic Transfer (BACS), cheque, debit or credit card. Please note that if paying by credit card, a transaction fee of 2% is payable for MasterCard/Visa and 3.5% for American Express.

How long will you hold a provisional booking for?

We will hold a provisional booking for up to 10 days from the date that the booking is received. If confirmation of the booking is not received within this timeframe, we will unfortunately have to cancel the provisional booking to allow other delegates the opportunity of taking the place.

Can I book a private trainer for onsite training?

Yes. We can send an approved trainer to a site of your choice.

Can you tailor a training course to suit my needs?

Yes. We have relationships with some of the most respected and knowledgeable trainers in the industry, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Can I book a training room?

Yes. We can provide training rooms with configured PCs.

Can I buy exam vouchers, or book an exam?

Aquinas Training specialises in training courses. However, we may be able to book an exam on your behalf, please contact us or alternatively, contact Prometric or Pearson Vue direct.

Can I cancel a training course?

Yes. You can cancel a course or substitute a delegate, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Can I book from abroad?

Yes. All overseas enquiries are welcome, however we will require cleared payment prior to confirming your place on the course.

Can I buy books or courseware?

Courseware can only be provided for delegates who attend a course. Aquinas Training does not sell books or courseware separately.

Can I use educational vouchers?

Aquinas Training can only accept full payment for a course and at this moment do not accept Educational Vouchers.
